About our work

Questions about working with NovaCare RCM

Can we ask for help with only one billing task? Yes. We can discuss a focused service, such as denied claims or older unpaid claims. Your written proposal will list the tasks included.

Can you work with our current biller? Possibly. We first agree on who does each task, who needs system access, and how the teams will share updates.

Can you use our billing software? We need to review the system and the access required. We will confirm what we can support before work begins.

Can you collect every unpaid balance? No. Some claims cannot be recovered. We review the records and explain which next steps may be available.

How soon can we start? It depends on the work agreed, the contract, and the access and information needed. We will discuss a start date with you.

Who answers questions about visit records? Clinical questions go to the appropriate provider. Our written plan will name the contacts for billing and coding questions.

What updates will we receive? We will agree on the reports and how often to review them. They may cover unpaid claims, denied claims, and work still waiting on information.

How are fees set? Your proposal will explain the price and any separately billed work.

What should we send in our first message? Your business contact details, specialty, and a short description of the help you need. Do not send patient information through the general inquiry form.

What happens if we stop using the service? The contract should explain notice, system access, record handover, and who will handle claims still in progress.
